This information is transmitted directly via your own email client using a mailto: link. It is sent from your device to our email inbox and is not intercepted or stored by any third-party service.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Because Patricia Real Estate is a static website hosted on GitHub Pages, we do not run server-side analytics, tracking scripts, or advertising technologies. GitHub, as our hosting provider, may collect standard server logs (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited) in accordance with their own Privacy Statement. We do not have access to or control over this data.

2.3 Proxy Listing Data

If you submit a proxy listing via our "List a Proxy" page, the listing data you enter is stored in a public JavaScript file (data.js) within the GitHub repository. This data is publicly visible as part of the open-source site code. Do not include sensitive credentials or personal information in a proxy listing.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the personal information you send us solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry or support request
• Provide information about proxy listings you have asked about
• Connect you with proxy providers where relevant

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, profiling, or marketing without your explicit consent.
